The information required for birth registration in Sichuan is as follows:
1, Chengdu one-child registration form 1 copy. Both husband and wife fill in the contents of the form truthfully and completely, and their respective units or villages and communities where the household registration is located will sign their opinions and seal their opinions on their marriage and children, including their own children, adopted children and stepchildren with dependent relationship, in the column of "Marriage and Childbearing Status" on the form. Children born out of wedlock enjoy the same rights as children born in wedlock, and no organization or individual may harm or discriminate against them.
The biological father or mother who does not directly raise the children born out of wedlock shall bear the support for minor children or adult children who cannot live independently.
