It takes 15 to 20 minutes after the water boils.
Bamboo shoot soup
Ingredients: 1 green bamboo shoot, 150g pork belly, 1-2 thin slices of ginger, 3 green onions, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sesame oil
Method :
1. Peel the green bamboo shoots and peel off the old roots at the bottom. Put the cut old roots into a soup pot and add appropriate amount of water to simmer for about 15 minutes. Then filter out the soup and set aside. You can add other ingredients while stewing.
2. Cut green bamboo shoots into thin slices against the grain, peel and slice pork belly, and cut green onions into flowers.
3. In a non-stick pan without oil, add pork belly and stir-fry, then add ginger slices, bamboo shoot slices and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Leave some green onion green for later use.
4. Add the soup from the old bamboo shoot roots, an appropriate amount of water and an appropriate amount of salt, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes. Prepare a soup bowl and add appropriate amount of sesame oil in the soup bowl.
5. Pour the cooked bamboo shoot soup into a soup bowl and sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onion.
