In winter, the weather is cold. Some people like to cook porridge and some like to drink soybean milk, but in my opinion, it is not as real as a bowl of rice paste. It is simple, time-saving and convenient, sweet and delicious, and nutritious. A bowl of rice paste warms the body and warms the stomach. Today, I'm going to make a four-course rice paste with you, as long as you have high-speed blender at home.
The first course: pumpkin rice paste
Step 1: Peel the pumpkin, dig out the seeds and pulp, wash it in clean water and cut it into pieces.
Step 2: Put a proper amount of rice in a bowl, pour clean water and wash it, 1-2 times.
Step 3: Pour the pumpkin and rice into the high-speed blender, and add a proper amount of clear water to the water tank, about 800- 1200.
Step 4: Then cover the lid and press the rice paste button. When the time comes, the rice paste will flow into the container itself.
The second course: red beans, barley and black rice paste
Step 1: Put a proper amount of red beans and coix seed in a bowl, pour in clean water and wash clean the black rice.
Step 2: Soak red beans and coix seed in clear water for 1-2 hours, and control the water for later use.
Step 3: Put the red beans, coix seed and black rice into the high-speed blender, add enough water into the water tank and cover it.
Step 4: Press the rice paste button, and when the time automatically stops, the rice paste can be eaten when it flows out.
The third way: Chinese yam chestnut rice paste
Step 1: Wear disposable gloves, remove the skin of yam and wash it, then cut it into pieces and wash the rice.
Step 2: Wash the chestnuts with clear water, then put them in a pot for cooking or steaming, and then remove the shell.
Step 3: Put the rice, yam and chestnut into the high-speed blender, add enough water and cover it.
Step 4: Then press the rice paste button, and wait until high-speed blender finishes it himself, then you can drink it.
The fourth way: black sesame, peanut and glutinous rice paste
Step 1: Wash the peanuts with clear water, put them aside to dry the water on the surface, and wash the glutinous rice for later use.
Step 2: Heat the wok on low heat without pouring oil, then add peanuts and fry until the peanuts become crispy.
Step 3: take out the peanuts for later use, then pour in the black sesame seeds while they are hot, and stir-fry until they are crisp again, and then serve them out.
Step 4: Put black sesame seeds, peanuts and glutinous rice into high-speed blender, add enough water, and press the button until the rice paste is ready.
