Tools/Materials: 750 grams of razor clams, 1 green pepper, 1 millet pepper, 2 dried peppers, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sugar , a little white wine, an appropriate amount of oil, 1 piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, an appropriate amount of chives, water, a basin and a pot.
1. After buying the razor clams, clean them and put them in salt water for more than 2 hours to let them spit out the sediment.
