Cabbage and meat rolls:
1. Ingredients: 400g of cabbage leaves, 200g of pork , cooking wine moderate, salt moderate, MSG moderate, soy sauce moderate, old soy sauce moderate, green onion moderate, pepper moderate, steamed fish soy sauce moderate, sesame oil moderate ginger moderate.
2. Practice:
1) Ingredients: cabbage leaves, meat filling.
2) Add minced green onion and ginger, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, soy sauce, a little old soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well.
