If you are afraid of trouble or in a hurry, you can also buy ready-made wonton skin, but you will lose the fun of rolling it yourself. Stuffing should be done with heart. Look, the main ingredients are pink shrimp, crisp cabbage, fresh bamboo shoots and water mushrooms ... it looks mouth-watering. Mother always uses a kitchen knife to finely chop the main ingredients first, then adds seasonings and slowly mixes them evenly.
Get ready and finally start packing. I followed my mother's example, holding the wonton skin in my left hand, putting a little stuffing on the wonton skin with chopsticks in my right hand, and finally closing my left hand, a fresh and lovely wonton was finished.
