Pigskin jelly practice
1. Wash pigskin, put it in water and cook until it can be easily inserted with chopsticks, then turn off the heat.
2. Take out the pigskin and scrape off the remaining fat on it with a knife. Be sure to scrape it clean.
3. Then cut the scraped pigskin into filaments.
4. Put it into clean water that has not touched the skin of the pig and cook it again. Boil it with strong fire and cook it slowly with low fire 1 hour.
