Two practices and steps:
1, first of all, the toon is ready, remove the old roots and leaves.
2, then wash it with water and drain it.
3, drain the water and put it indoors to dry.
4, after the toon is dry, add the right amount of salt to it, remember the salt should be evenly coated.
5, prepare sterilized clean waterless and oil-free glass jar, put the toon in, use a spoon to compact, the top layer sprinkle a little salt.
6, and finally sealed with plastic wrap, cover the bottle tightly, shielded from light and placed in a cool place to save, save a week or so can be eaten.
7, marinate up to not more than a year.
