Ingredients: 80g sour radish (or a packet of old duck soup seasoning), 500g duck, pickled pepper 10, 30ml cooking wine, 3g dried pepper, garlic 10 petal, ginger 10 slice, sugar 15g, white pepper, salt and onion.
Production method:
1, the old duck is cleaned and cut into small pieces for later use;
Cut sour radish into pieces for later use;
2. After the water in the pot is boiled, put the sliced duck pieces, add cooking wine, onion and pepper to boil, remove the floating foam on the surface of the duck pieces and drain the water for later use;
3. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, and add duck pieces, sour radishes, peppers, pickled peppers, garlic, ginger slices, sugar and cooking wine;
4. Cover the pot and simmer for 90 minutes. Add salt, pepper and chopped green onion to taste.
