Zhejiang administrative law enforcement belongs to the judicial administrative system. According to the Implementation Opinions on Implementing Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement in the Judicial Administrative System of Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang Division [20 17]104) issued by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice, Zhejiang Provincial Legislative Affairs Office, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Zhejiang Provincial Civil Service Bureau on 20 17, since 20104. And the units that are included in the comprehensive administrative law enforcement scope of the judicial administrative system in the province are mainly the administrative law enforcement agencies under the Provincial Prison Administration, the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Administration and the Provincial Department of Justice (including prisons, drug rehabilitation, judicial expertise, lawyers, notaries, grassroots legal services, national security, judicial examinations, judicial assistance and other administrative functions. Therefore, the administrative law enforcement in Zhejiang Province really belongs to the judicial administrative system.
