Clean the fake abalone, rub it with salt a few times, and then clean the mucus. The fresher the fake abalone is, the more mucus it has. Be patient when washing this.

Cut onion, ginger, garlic and pepper into sections for later use.

After washing and blanching, be sure to put the pot in cold water and take it out for use after boiling for three to five minutes, so as to better remove mucus and avoid undercooking.

When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cooked fake abalone and stir fry.

Add two spoonfuls of batter and continue to stir fry.
