The main manifestations of renal amyloidosis
Because amyloid accumulates in the vascular wall of various organs and tissues in the body, it can produce multiple organ diseases, and the kidney is the most common organ involved. It is found that amyloid deposition in mesangial region of amyloidosis often manifests as chronic renal failure. Amyloidosis often involves capillary wall and mesentery, and most of them show nephrotic syndrome.
