Sini decoction is a commonly used prescription for warming yang to save adverse reactions in traditional Chinese medicine, which is mainly used to treat yang deficiency and cold syncope. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Sini decoction helps to restore Yang Qi and eliminate cold pathogens in the body by warming yang to dispel cold and returning yang to rescue the adverse events. Sini decoction does not cause hematuria, which is usually caused by diseases or injuries of urinary system, such as nephritis, kidney calculi's disease and urinary tract infection. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, hematuria may be related to the imbalance of kidney yin and yang, but it is not the direct side effect of Sini decoction.

If women have hematuria after taking Sini decoction, it may be the symptom of primary disease or the result of the interaction between drugs and other factors in the body.
