The usual practice is
Sauté ed green pepper with cabbage
With some carrots
The color looks beautiful, too
Wash the green pepper.
Break small pieces by hand for later use.
Wash the cabbage and cut it into small pieces.
Carrots are also washed and cut into small pieces for later use
Burn a little oil in the pot.
Sauté ed onion, ginger and minced garlic
Add cabbage, carrot and green pepper in turn.
Season properly and stir fry.
Need a little starch thickening
Sprinkle a little sesame oil before cooking.
