2 cups of pig blood, 3 cups of round glutinous rice, 1 teaspoon of salt, 960cc of water, 6 bamboo skewers, 300 grams of peanut powder, appropriate amount of coriander, 100 grams of soy sauce, 50 grams of sweet chili sauce, 50 grams of sugar
Method
1. After taking out the freshly slaughtered pig blood, add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
2. Mix peanut powder and sugar; wash and chop coriander and set aside.
3. Soak the round glutinous rice in clean water for about 30 minutes, drain the water, steam over high heat for 20 minutes, then remove from the heat, then take out and mix thoroughly with the pig blood from step 1, then spread it out in a container When it cools and solidifies, it becomes pig blood cake.
4. Cut the pig blood cake into 15×4cm thick strips, pass a bamboo skewer through it, but leave a 10cm bamboo skewer as a handle, then put it in a steamer and steam it for about 5 minutes Until cooked, dip the steamed pig blood cake first in soy sauce and then in sweet and spicy sauce, then stir in peanut powder and coriander.
