The method of steaming sea bass is as follows:
Ingredients: 1 sea bass.
Accessories: appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
1. Wash the sea bass.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put in the iron rack, put the fish, cover and steam for about 10 minutes.
3. Steam the fish and pour out the juice.
4. Cut the scallions into sections and shred the ginger (for the sake of beautiful appearance, white scallions are not required).
