Prepare the ingredients, melt the sugar in hot water, let it cool and set aside
Place the baking powder and sticky rice flour stir well, add the cool sugar water and then stir well, make a watery paste.
Place in a mold, sprinkle with sesame seeds (or raisins or peanuts) as you like, and steam for 15 minutes under water.
