Steps
1. Scale the red shirt fish, remove the gills and internal organs and then wash and drain. Take appropriate amount of salt and apply it evenly on the fish to marinate for 15 minutes, put the red shirt fish in a dish,
2. Steam the fish in a steamer pot and put it in, steam it for 6-8 minutes over high heat
3. Open the lid and add appropriate amount of shredded ginger
4. Sprinkle appropriate amount of shredded green onion on it and take it out by shutting off the heat
5. Heat up the cooked oil over high heat to mature the oil
6. Pour the cooked oil on the fish, then pour appropriate amount of raw oil on it. Pour the cooked oil over the fish and season with soy sauce to taste.
