1. 1 hot pepper, 60 grams of pork, appropriate amount of green onions, 1 small bowl of water starch, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, and a little sugar.
