About eating roast turkey on Thanksgiving Day.
Turkey is a specialty of America and was domesticated by Indians before Europeans came to America. Turkey's English is "Turkey" because Europeans think it is black-headed and red (Turkey with black feathers), which is very similar to Turkish clothing.
For more than 300 years, roast turkey has become an important holiday dish for Americans. However, it is said that European immigrants to the United States originally wanted to roast geese during the holidays. Unfortunately, the number of geese on the North American continent is very small and it is difficult to find them, but turkeys are everywhere, so they changed the roast goose to roast turkey. This custom has continued, and people will eat roast turkey at Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner.

Do you really know how to eat turkey?
Most traditional Thanksgiving turkeys are stewed. Fill the turkey with all kinds of spices and mixed food, then wrap it in a barbecue bag and roast it whole.
The stuffing in the turkey is made of shredded corn bread, white bread and celery, in addition to the thick sauce made of turkey viscera and the sauce made of cranberries, which are abundant every September and 10. Other side dishes include baked mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, green beans and bisji. Of course, the last dessert is pumpkin pie, walnut pie or apple pie.
Of course, turkeys are not as common in China as in the United States, but there are more geese. So if there is no turkey, you can use roast goose instead.
