Chaoshan Cuisine, also known as Chiu Chow Cuisine, is a famous cuisine in China and abroad, and it is the backbone and representative of Cantonese Cuisine, one of the four major cuisines in China. Chiu Chow cuisine is close to Fujian and Minnan, and after belonging to Guangdong, it is influenced by the Pearl River Delta.
