Silver carp is slower and more cautious in feeding than silver carp.
2. Most of them look for food in the middle and upper layers of water, especially in artificial ponds. The bait floats in the middle and upper layer, which makes the fish form the habit of eating in this water layer. Then, it eats plankton on the surface downwind, which makes it difficult to catch silver carp.
Some people go to the bottom of the water to look for food. Especially when fishing, because of the rich fragrance of bait, groups of silver carp are attracted. They are not as cunning and suspicious as crucian carp and carp, but only need to eat the right taste, which creates favorable conditions for fishing silver carp.
Learn to observe drift
This is very important. Because the timing of lifting the pole is accurate, the key lies in the floating reaction for a while. So what will be the reaction?
1. Shake once or twice quickly and slightly, or sink a little, and then rise to the original position immediately, which is undoubtedly the reaction of silver carp.
2. Slowly rising or sinking, no more than one eye, is the bait for silver carp.
3. When the bait sinks in place, the float suddenly rises or sinks 1-2 mesh and remains motionless, so it can be sure that the silver carp is hooked, and the bite rate of this reaction is appropriately higher.
4. Floating on the water seems motionless, and most of them are silver carp catching bait. This reaction usually occurs when there is a small storm.
In my experience of fishing silver carp for more than ten years, I have never encountered silver carp drifting, black drifting or big drifting.
How to distinguish silver carp from biting a hook?
1. Bubble observation: A single bubble with the size of 20 cents emerges from around the nest, one on the left and one on the right of the rice handle, and enters the nest from far and near.
2. Be careful with the bait. In order to accurately judge whether the silver carp is hooked, there is a useful method besides watching the drift and blisters, that is, try fishing with red earthworms and other fish bite the bait. Earthworms were bitten off one by one, and all the earthworms bitten by silver carp were bitten to pieces.
Therefore, we only need to summarize and analyze the factors such as watching the drift, watching the blisters and watching the bait, so that we can accurately judge whether the silver carp bites the hook.
Fishing method of silver carp
In recent years, I have chosen four kinds of fishing methods: single hook, string hook, group hook and anchor hook, and make inquiries when conditions permit.
1. The fishing tackle for silver carp with single hook is the same as that for crucian carp and carp. Just use a bigger hook. I used Nissan Marujiu 13- 15 hook, and the bait was red earthworm or flour rope. This method is simple and easy to learn, but because the mouth of silver carp is large and covered with mucous membranes, it is difficult to hook the key parts, so the proportion of fish decoupling is very large.
2. The silver carp in the upper, middle and lower water layers are hooked by the method of string hook fishing, but the disturbance of small miscellaneous fish is too great, the effect is not ideal, and it takes time and bait.
3. hook fishing, that is, explosive hook. In this method, there is no need for lead weights or bait springs, and only the prepared bait is used to wrap the hook. After the bait is gently placed on the bottom of the water with a hand pole, it floats upright and emerges from the water, 1-2 mesh. Although there are not many fish running in this way, the hook line is easy to entangle.
Which is better, floating fishing or bottom fishing?
As far as the life habits of silver carp are concerned, the role of floating fishing should be good. Some fishermen have tried it, and it has been introduced in China magazine, and they are sure to gain something.
But from my years of practice in silver carp fishing, floating fishing is not as good as bottom fishing. Although the former is attractive, it lacks stability. Because the bait is suspended in the water and diluted by water, the fish bumps and scatters, leaving only an empty hook, and the fish will not be fooled.
Bottom fishing is to turn the downwind of floating fishing into an advantage, constantly replenish bait to fixed dens, and enhance the role of attracting fish. Coupled with the right taste, the silver carp struggled to swallow the bait. At this moment, it is the opportunity to raise fish. As for how deep the bottom fishing is, one can't tell. So far, I have caught a depth of 3.5 meters from 1 m, and the effect is excellent.
