Egg rolls do
Raw materials: eggs, butter, grated cheese, onions, green peppers, ham, bacon, mushrooms.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and pump them evenly. Chop onions, green peppers, ham, bacon and mushrooms and set aside. Warm the butter.
Making
1. Heat a small saucepan over low heat and pour in a little butter that has been melted, just enough to moisten the bottom of the pan with oil;
2. When the pan is hot, pour in the egg mixture , which should be more than 1 centimeter thick, over low heat, so that the bottom of the egg mixture is hot and coagulated, and the top is still thin and soft, so that it will become a patty;
3. Put the onion, green pepper, ham, bacon, chopped mushrooms as the filling. Place onions, green peppers, ham, bacon, and chopped mushrooms in the omelet;
4. Using a wooden spatula, roll up one side of the omelet over the filling, then slowly roll the omelet so that the fingers form a complete pike-shaped omelet;
5. Slowly heat the omelet on low heat and slowly roll the omelet so that it is cooked through.
Note: The amount of all the above ingredients can be according to personal taste and habits. Onions, green peppers, ham, bacon, mushrooms ingredients, can be added or not, add more or less or just choose one or two, can be. Speaking from experience, two eggs are just enough for one person.
