Can C. gallinosa be cultivated artificially?

Gallinarum can be cultivated artificially.

Gallinarum can be grown. The cultivation technology of Gallinobacteria is quite mature and is grown on a large scale. Today, artificial cultivation has been successfully implemented in Yulu Township, Nanhua County, the first of its kind in the state.

Planting method

(1) Build a mushroom shed: First build a mushroom shed in a place close to water sources, with convenient transportation and fertile soil. The mushroom shed runs east-west and is 100m long. The width is 8m and the wall height is 3m, but the specific size needs to be determined according to the specific local conditions.

(2) Breeding: Prepare a medium with 75% sawdust, 1.5% gypsum, 20% wheat bran, 140% water and 3% termite nesting soil, and then fill it with a polypropylene bag (size: 17×45cm) , and do a good job of disinfection and inoculation. Generally, after sterilization, it is necessary to put the mother strain of Gallisporum into pieces and cut it into pieces.

(3) Colonization: When the mycelium grows, colonize it in the ant nest. Each ant nest can colonize 15-18 plants, and then cover the lower part of the mycelial sphere with soil. Water again after planting, and pay attention to shading.

(4) Follow-up management: Keep the temperature at 25-30℃, keep the air humidity at 90, the temperature difference between day and night should be about 10℃, and the ground temperature should be at 25-27℃. It generally needs to be watered once a week. If there is a dry season, it usually needs to be watered once every 2-3 days.
