The easiest way to stir-fry bitter melon:
Preparation materials: moderate amount of bitter melon, moderate amount of garlic, moderate amount of green pepper, moderate amount of cooking oil, moderate amount of salt.
Steps
1, wash the bitter melon, split in half, use a spoon to dig out the center of the flesh, and then sliced.
2, put the cut bitter melon into a large bowl, sprinkle a small spoon of salt, and gently rub it with your hands a few times repeatedly. Then let it sit for ten minutes or so, you will see out some water, and then squeeze the bitter melon dry.
3, green pepper and garlic washed and chopped.
4, the pan is hot, pour a moderate amount of oil, under the minced garlic first stirred for a minute.
5, then under the green pepper, stir fry a few times.
6, pour into the squeeze out the water of the bitter melon, stir-fry until the raw soft.
7, add the right amount of salt, continue to stir-fry for a minute or two.
