1. Massage your fingers. It’s best to use the time you watch TV to engage in this simple finger movement (of course you can also do it specifically). Start massaging from the fingertips to the base of the fingers, using firm but gentle movements, as if you were wearing gloves. During massage, if possible, you can apply moisturizer or honey first to increase softness.
2. Imitate the movements of playing the piano. This exercise involves placing your hands flat on a table, gently pressing down, and then lifting one finger at a time as high as possible. This exercise can also be said that you might as well pretend to be practicing playing the piano. Its function is to stretch your palms and fingers, which can make your hands light and agile.
3. Raise your hands. This simple action can restore whiteness and tenderness to your hands and reduce the exposure of veins. Just spread your fingers and raise your hands above your head for a few minutes each time.
4. Make a fist to show your strength. This is a good movement to relieve tension and make your hands soft. First clench your fist, then spread it out, and stretch your fingers as much as possible. Do it vigorously for three to five minutes every day.
5. Relax your hands. This is also a great way to avoid tension and stiffness in your hands. First place your hands at a level with your elbows, then relax your wrists and let your hands hang down weakly. Repeat this movement to relax your hands.
