The ingredients can be made into 8 glutinous rice rolls: corn leaves, 300 grams of glutinous rice, 200 grams of minced meat, corn carrots and peas, shredded seaweed and cassava flour.
Exercise:
1.300g glutinous rice is soaked one night in advance, and the excess water is removed +200g minced meat+carrots, corn, peas+shredded seaweed+half a spoonful of salt+one spoonful of white sugar+three spoonfuls of edible oil+two spoonfuls of oyster sauce+one spoonful of semi-tapioca flour and stirred evenly;
2. Wrap with corn leaves, tie both ends with corn leaves, and steam in the pot for 50 minutes.
