2. Wash the pork belly first and slice it for later use. Wash lettuce and slice ginger.

Pickling: Put chopped pork belly into the pot, and pour in two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one and a half spoonfuls of oyster sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, three spoonfuls of chicken essence and one spoonful of sugar. 3 ~ 5 slices of ginger and half a spoonful of salt will be fine.
