Smoked fish is troublesome to make. In the past, a whole river fish was fried in winter to make smoked fish, and a few pieces were taken out for the appetizer, and a few pieces of Sam Sun soup were taken out, or I stole it as a snack. Anyway, it would be gone in a few days. At present, the sweet and sour smoked fish bought in the deli outside is always fried, and the smell of fish is gone. Instead, I eat less. Today, I will replace the seafood in this three-fresh soup with dried shrimps made by myself, and I can get a pot of seafood broth by cooking the soup in advance.
I used spinach for the vegetable part. The green vegetables are more eye-catching and cooked as soon as they are scalded. You can also change other vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage.

The vermicelli used by the northeast people is mostly made of potatoes, and the vermicelli made of mung beans is eaten by the southerners. Step 2, soak the vermicelli until soft.

Step 5, enlarge half a pot of water in the casserole, add dried shrimps and mushroom stalks, and boil together.
