Ingredients: ribs 600g, garlic 1 piece, salt and pepper, half a spoonful of cumin powder, soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, a little salt, and starch 1 spoon.
Practice:
1. Add minced garlic, proper amount of salt, half a spoonful of cumin powder, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt and 1 spoonful of starch to the ribs, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
2. Put the ribs in an air fryer, roast them at 180℃ 10 minute, turn them over, and bake them at 180℃ for another 6 minutes.
