There is no resurrection.

In "Bungou Stray Dogs", whether it is the original novel or the adapted version of comics and animations, Ryunosuke Akutagawa was not resurrected in the end. In the original novel, Ryunosuke Akutagawa was wiped on the neck by Fukuchi and eventually died. In the manga and animated versions, Ryunosuke Akutagawa was turned into a vampire by Sakura Fukuchi, but this is not the same as a true resurrection, but continues to exist as a vampire. No matter which version it is, Ryunosuke Akutagawa never experienced a true resurrection.
