Pizza is usually made by covering a fermented round bread with tomato sauce, cheese and other ingredients and baking it in an oven.
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and stir evenly. Add 300 grams of flour and salt and mix well. Pour in the dissolved yeast water and knead it into a ball. Then add butter and knead well. Knead the flour into a smooth dough.
2. Make the fermented dough into a crust and put it into an 8-inch pizza pan. Make some small holes in the middle to prevent the dough from bulging, and cover it for the second time. Slice onions and mushrooms, and dice green peppers, carrots, and ham respectively. Fry the bacon in a pan to remove the water.
3. Fry the diced cabbage without adding oil; spread tomato sauce on the second-risen crust; sprinkle a layer of cheese, basil leaves, and add diced cabbage and ham sausage.
4. Put bacon and cheese; preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Pizza is a food originated in Italy and is very popular around the world.
