Personal experience:

The technical requirements for making dried duck legs are not high, and the amount of seasoning is not particularly accurate. You can make more when the price is affordable, and it is also appropriate to give it to relatives and friends. If you are a novice friend, you can also do it yourself. This is a recipe made by our family every year, and the ingredients used are also very simple. Except for raw duck legs, the ingredients are all salt, white wine, pepper, fragrant leaves and cinnamon, which are very common materials.
