How to make real crab yellow tofu? :
1. First cut the tofu into small pieces 1 cm square, slice the ginger, shred and then cut into pieces. Wash the onion and cut the green part into chopped green onion.
2. Heat the pan and add oil. Grease the whole pot. Add tofu and fry for a while. Do not fry. When one side is slightly brown, turn it over and fry it again until several sides are slightly golden yellow. Take out the oil and put it aside.
3. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add Jiang Mo and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in crab roe, crush the crab roe with a shovel, add cooking wine, stir-fry a few times, pour the fried tofu into crab roe oil, add water, boil, season with salt according to taste, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes on low fire to make the tofu taste.
4. Before cooking, collect the juice with a big fire, put it on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
