How to make crispy yellowtail
Prepare all the ingredients in advance, clean and wash the yellowtail.
Slice the green onion and ginger, rub the fish with salt and cooking wine, put the green onion and ginger to marinate for more than half an hour.
Mix the paste: put flour, cornstarch, five-spice powder and baking powder in a bowl, add appropriate amount of water and mix until no particles.
Heat a small saucepan, pour in about 500g of Jinlongyu Grandma's Country Canola Oil, and heat over medium heat to 70-80%.
Put the marinated yellowtail, dry it with kitchen paper, and put it into the batter to coat both sides evenly.
Put the battered fish into the frying pan and deep fry for about a minute until golden brown. If the oil is too hot, you can properly turn off to low heat. Fry them in turn.
Open high heat to heat the oil in the pan, add all the fried small yellowtail for re-frying, about 20 seconds.
Remove them quickly and place them on a plate with kitchen paper to soak up the oil.
Serve on a plate as you like. You can dip them in various sauces or sprinkle them with pretzels according to your family's preference.
Tips
1, adjust the batter is not too thick, thin hanging on a layer can be too thick fried small yellowtail will be a thick layer of shells, not delicious. 2, be sure to re-frying once, so that out of the special crispy flavor.
