The usage diagram of the old-fashioned pressure cooker is as follows:
Tools: Zwilling EcoQuick II series stainless steel pressure cooker, ingredients, water.
1. Put the food to be cooked into the pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.
2. Food and water cannot exceed four-fifths of the capacity, and water or soup cannot be less than 400ml.
3. After closing the lid, remove the safety valve or pressure limiting valve and make sure the lid is locked.
4. Put the pressure cooker on the fire, turn on the high heat, and convert the water into steam.
5. Heating. When the pressure reaches the set safety limit, the pressure cooker starts cooking food.
6. There is a quick pressure relief valve on the lid. When the valve is opened, the pressure in the pot is released. Check to ensure that the pressure is completely released.
7. For old-fashioned pressure cookers, if the pressure-limiting valve is turned and there is no sound of steam spurting out, it means that the pressure relief is complete.
8. Open the lid. If you see that there is no steam coming out of the exhaust pipe and the float falls, you can open the lid counterclockwise.
