1 pitaya, 1 apple, 2 peaches.
condiments
Less than 4 liters of pure water, 400 grams of sugar, black currant dry 1.
Fruit enzyme step 1
Prepare an enzyme bucket, wash it with clear water before enzyme preparation, then add a proper amount of clear water and activate it for 6 hours. Finally, pure water is used to pass through the inner wall of the barrel. But don't use detergent or anything.
Second step
4 liters of pure water and about 400g of white sugar (pictured). Finally, the sugar was used up, leaving some water.
Third step
Pour the sugar into the bottom of the bucket.
Fourth step
Pour all the sugar into the glass bottle.
Step five
Peel and core the water dragon fruit, apple and peach, and then cut them into pieces at will (the instructions say to wash them without peeling, but I don't trust the present fruit skin).
Step 6
Grab a handful of blackcurrants and remove the hard branches.
Step 7
Dried blackcurrant and above fruits are all poured into the bucket.
Step 8
I chose this pure water.
Step 9
Add water, not all,
Step 10
Put the bucket on several clean boxes that are not exposed to the sun, and cover it gently, not tightly. Some people make fruit enzymes in sealed storage. And I followed the instructions of the enzyme bucket, so don't cover it too tightly. )
Step 1 1
After that, stir with a long wooden spoon every morning and evening (the wooden spoon can't have oil, so it should be scalded with boiling water before use), or cover it lightly or not tightly.
Step 12
The state of the next day
Step 13
On the third day, the white bubbles produced should be carbon dioxide produced by yeast. Some people say that I have never met a black foam. )
Step 14
After three days, prepare clean and waterless empty bottles.
Step 15
Filter the fermented enzyme into a bottle (the funnel for filtration should also be kept clean and oil-free) and store it in the refrigerator.
Step 16
You can take it out when you want to drink. Shake it pink without any pigment. The last two photos are shared with the finished product drawings made before, because the fruits of different colors are slightly darker, but they are all pink and taste similar.
