How to make egg wrapped meat

Cut the meat and add your favorite seasoning.

Crack the eggs into a small wine glass.

Gently use one chopstick to make an opening in the center of the yolk.

Slowly add the seasoned meat to the yolk. Be sure to keep your movements small and don't break the yolk.

Pour in a pot of water and gently pour in the eggs filled with the minced meat, don't move the eggs with a spatula until they are formed. While the eggs are cooking use a small bowl to add sesame oil, soy sauce (salt if you don't like soy sauce), monosodium glutamate (MSG), chopped green onion, or cilantro.

Cook it for about 7 minutes and it's almost ready to go.
