Third, basketball and other high-altitude sports. Basketball is a sport that many boys like very much. Of course, there are also women's basketball. Relatively speaking, we will find that boys who often play basketball are generally higher than boys who don't play basketball very much. The main reason for this is that they often practice some jumping ability and try to reach the basket, which will promote the growth of bones. In addition to playing basketball, some high-altitude movements are also very beneficial to people's height. For example, many people can touch doorframes, jump up and touch leaves, and so on, which are very beneficial to their height.
There are many kinds of sports, and almost every sport has many benefits to us to some extent. In addition to the above three, of course, there are many sports that are good for us to grow taller, such as stretching gymnastics, yoga, and hanging upside down, pull-ups and so on. In my opinion, in fact, as long as we don't stay at home all the time and exercise more, as long as we move, our muscles and bones will develop faster and shape more perfect lines, so as to make ourselves look more tall and straight. Therefore, when our children grow up, we must take them out for exercise, then go to bed early and get up early, and drink more milk drinks with high calcium content. These are the most effective ways to promote their bone development and thus grow taller.
