Package transfer
Users who meet the conditions for 4G package transfer can use their mobile phone number and service password to log in to the homepage of China Unicom’s online business hall and click Self-service Processing > Business Processing > Package Processing. After selecting the required 4G package, click "Apply now" to process. The package change will be processed in the same month and will take effect the following month.
You can also apply through the mobile phone business hall. If the online business hall and mobile phone business hall do not support processing, it is recommended that you bring your valid ID to China Unicom's own business hall for consultation.
Warm reminder: It is recommended not to apply between 20:00 on the last day of the month and 8:00 on the 1st of the following month. Since the policies of various cities are different, the specific handling situation shall be subject to the actual local conditions.
