Ingredients: 50 grams of Smilax glabra, 2 carrots, 2 corns and 250 grams of pigtails.
Accessories: 2 candied dates, chestnut, horseshoe and medlar.
Production method:
1, wash Smilax glabra and soak it first 1 hour.
2. Wash the pig's tail, chop it into sections and have a boiling water.
3. Wash and cut carrots and corn for later use.
4. Wash candied dates and medlar, and handle chestnuts and horseshoes (peeled).
5. First pour Smilax glabra, candied dates and appropriate amount of water into an empty pot and boil.
6. After the water boils, put carrots, corn, horseshoes, chestnuts and pig tails into the pot and simmer for half an hour. Then turn to low heat for about 2 hours.
7. Wait until everything is cooked, and finally put the right amount of medlar and salt. Cover the lid and keep it stuffy for 10 minutes.
