Materials:
chestnut paste
150g peeled cooked chestnut, 100g milk, 15g sugar.
cheese
125g cream cheese, 40g whipped cream, 1 whole egg, 1 yolk, 20g sugar, 4g corn starch.
Exercise:
1. Cooked chestnuts are mashed with milk and sugar.
2. Cream cheese softens at room temperature and is stirred with sugar.
3. Add the whole egg and yolk and stir well. Add whipped cream and corn starch and stir well.
4. Sieve the stirred cheese paste once.
The 5.5-inch mold is covered with oil paper, compacted with a thick layer of chestnut paste, then poured with cheese paste, and baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the surface is completely discolored.
6. After baking, let it cool and refrigerate for 2 hours, then spread cream and squeeze chestnut sauce for decoration.
