B. The motor and gear device of the table mixer should be placed on the base, and the bottom should be tied with a movable lock. The mixing head can swing back and forth, so as to load and unload the mixing paddle and take out the storage box. Lock it before use, otherwise it will be easily damaged or dangerous.

C put the food to be stirred into the box, and the dosage should not be too much at a time. Otherwise, the food will spill when the motor rotates at high speed, and the cover can be covered with a table mixer.

D. When using the portable mixer, hold it firmly by hand, turn on the power supply, gently put it into the box at low speed, turn it for a few seconds, and then press the required speed button. For the table mixer, the position of the paddle should be adjusted in advance. According to the type of food in the box, the food that is usually difficult to stir should be stirred at low speed, and the food that is easy to stir, such as eggs, can be stirred at high speed.
