Foreword
The fried corn chips are super crispy and delicious. It is not difficult and only takes ten minutes at most.
Ingredients
Main ingredients: 100g corn flakes;
Accessories: appropriate amount of salad oil, appropriate amount of salt and pepper

Prepare materials. Corn flakes are sold in many places.

Pour the corn flakes into the oil bowl and mix well. Mix well only when the color of each corn flake becomes darker.

Preheat the fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Pour the corn flakes into the pot and spread evenly. Spread a thin layer, no more, otherwise it will be undercooked or unevenly fried (a lesson learned from the past).

Fry at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, do not fry for too long.

Pour the still sizzling cornflakes into the bowl.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and wait until it cools down slightly before eating. (Don’t be impatient, it’s super hot right out of the pan)
