Kimchi cake
Ingredients: 100g kimchi, 100g wheat flour, two eggs, appropriate amount of chopped green onion (according to your own taste)
Production process:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl + chopped green onions + kimchi (100g) + wheat flour (100g) and mix evenly, then add water in small amounts and times to make a paste.
2. Heat the pot, brush it with oil, put a spoonful into the pot and spread it flat, fry slowly over low heat for two minutes, then turn over and cook for another two minutes.
