Prepare the required materials;

Tips
This dish is especially oily, so don't be reluctant to put oil in it! Also, don't put it into the pot at one time, so it won't be cooked. If you score five or six times, you have to pour the oil in the pot again before each frying, and you have to stir the potato powder side by side every time, because the potato powder will precipitate, and if you don't stir it, it will be particularly thin and not shaped, and the bottom can't be cooked because of too much potato powder.
