1. Pork belly cut into pieces, blanched and rinsed.
2. Garlic cloves and southern milk are ready, and garlic cloves explode in the pot.
3. Add the blanched pork belly and stir-fry the oil, then add beer and sugar (a little more) to stew the milk.
4. Bring the fire to a boil, simmer for an hour, collect the juice and add some salt.
