Scrambled eggs with tomatoes can be said to be an ordinary home-cooked dish. It was the first time I learned to make it. It is this dish. For me who don’t like to eat meat, eggs are my favorite, so I often make dishes with eggs and never get tired of eating them.
Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, fungus, pepper.
Steps:
Step 1: Cut tomatoes into cubes and peppers into strips
Step 2: Beat eggs in a bowl and soak fungus
Step 3. Pour oil into the wok, stir-fry the scrambled eggs and set aside.
Step 4. Pour a little more oil into the wok, add tomatoes and peppers
Step 5, pour in the fungus
Step 6, pour in the eggs
