How to make stir-fried beef with garlic sprouts and chopped pepper
1. Slice the beef tenderloin and cut the garlic sprouts into about 2 centimeters. section, pat the garlic sprouts twice with a knife. Shred the ginger and mince the garlic.
2. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch to the cut beef tenderloin, and marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Remove excess marinade from the marinated beef tenderloin, add a small amount of cooking oil and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, add beef tenderloin and stir-fry quickly, remove immediately after color changes.
4. Add additional oil to the pot, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for a few times, then add the remaining garlic leaves and stir-fry for a while, then add the chopped pepper and stir-fry evenly. Add the beef tenderloin, turn off the heat and stir-fry evenly over the remaining heat. Remove from the pan.
Tips
1. Chopped pepper has its own flavor. I have a lot of it at home, so there is no need to add salt. If you are afraid of spiciness and don’t dare to add more, then you need to add an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to season.
2. Beef tenderloin is very easy to fry, so work quickly. Turn off the heat and mix well in the fourth step to make the beef more tender.
