Practice:
1, gluten, torn into strips, washed, put in boiling water to cook for a while, remove, drain.
2, in the drained gluten with sugar, Mrs. Le fresh shellfish dew, chicken essence, salt (depending on the saltiness to add). Seasoning, mix well.
3, in a pot of olive oil, boiling, add chopped green onions, popping incense, pour into the seasoned gluten. Toss well. (The oil can't be before the seasoning, or the flavor won't be eaten.)
4, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
